About Candy Platters for Parties and Simchas
A candy platter is dessert sized for an audience that does not sit down. It gets picked at rather than served, it survives an afternoon on a table, and it is the only dessert that reliably keeps a room of eight-year-olds occupied without anyone having to hand anything out.
