About Goodbye Party Gifts and Platters
Goodbye parties are almost always thrown at short notice, by the people staying, for the person who has already started packing. Nobody has time to cook, the flat being used has half its contents in boxes, and the whole thing has to be portable and disposable.
That is why this collection is platters, cake and nosh rather than anything that needs plating: a candy platter, a fruit board, a cake with the person's name on it.
