Shalosh seudos is the meal that gets planned last and cooked least. By Shabbos afternoon the food from Friday night is finished, nobody is starting again from scratch, and what actually goes on the table is cold: fish, dips, salads, cake, something to pick at while it gets dark.
That makes it a good thing to send, and a common one for a shul or a household hosting a crowd for a bar mitzvah, a yahrzeit or a shiva. It has to arrive on Friday like everything else — set the delivery date at checkout for the Friday, not the Shabbos. Kashrut supervision is listed on each store's page.
